Legal Assistant
Caitlin Flanagin is a Legal Assistant who joined the Southlake Team in March of 2017. Caitlin assists Mr. Waters with Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, Estate Planning, and Probate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin graduated in 2014 from the Utica School of Commerce in upstate New York, where she earned her Associates Degree in Business and Legal Administration. Caitlin was awarded the 2012 Award for Excellence in Business – Utica School of Commerce Scholarship, as well as the 2012 NYSAR Next Generation Scholarship Program from Howard Hanna Real Estate, f/k/a Realty USA.
In her free time, Caitlin actively pursues her passion for fitness, food, and the outdoors.
