Legal Assistant
Cait Flanagin is a Legal Assistant who joined the Southlake Team in 2017. Cait assists Mr. Waters with Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, Estate Planning, and Probate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Cait graduated from the Utica School of Commerce in upstate New York, where she earned her Associates Degree in Business and Legal Administration. Cait was awarded the Excellence in Business – Utica School of Commerce Scholarship, as well as the NYSAR Next Generation Scholarship from Howard Hanna Real Estate.
In her free time, Cait actively pursues her passion for fitness, food, and the outdoors.
